Personal Prayer Protocol
Workshop
Participants will determine the particular prayer language that God uses to communicate most clearly with them, discover their customized inner room to be able to meet any person of the Trinity, and use knowledge of their temperament and unique design to create the most ideal conditions to enhance their prayer lives.
The Reason Cycle
Intensive
The Reason Cycle is a meta-skill that can be applied to any problem. By learning this skill of critical thinking through self-reflection, repentance, and meditative prayer, participants grow in clarity, grit, and resilience.
Temperaments Masterclass
“Within the Catholic tradition, temperament is defined as the pattern of inclinations and reactions that proceed from the physiological constitution of the individual.” (Aumann, Spiritual Theology)
Simply put, we all have a nature that comes with some pre-packaged habits of thinking, feeling, acting, and reacting. This is defined by our temperaments.
In this workshop, participants gain insights on their primary and secondary temperaments. By exploring these temperaments, they can claim and tame the common strengths, weaknesses, motivators, and contributions of the temperament God gave them so they can be aimed towards their greatest fulfillment.
This workshop can be customized. Some examples are:
“Enhanced Teamwork” for leadership groups or ministry teams
“Love Your Neighbor as Yourself” to understand and appreciate yourself as well as be more compassionate toward others
“Building a Stronger Marriage” for engaged or married couples
“From Confusion to Conviction” to go from worried about the worst case scenario to motivated action
Your Unique Call To Sanctity
Workshop
We were created by God with a unique purpose and this workshop helps people discover it. The Unique Call to Sanctity workshop guides participants to gain clarity on their unique vocation and purpose. By reflecting on areas of giftedness, passion, and mission, participants begin discerning practical ways that they can direct their yes and no towards activities and pursuits that align with God’s grace already active in their lives.
BECOME
invites Catholics on a transformative journey to discover their true identity in Christ through prayer and personal reflection.
9-session study
In a world confused about identity, this study offers clarity, peace, and purpose rooted in God's design for human thriving.
Participants will learn to hear God speak personally by exploring your unique design though the lens of your temperament.
Weekly lessons combine reflection, discussion, and life application, all centered on deepening relationship with God.
Ultimately, BECOME will equip participants to better resist lies, embrace their mission, and live with confidence in their God-given identity.
"Become who you were made to be and you will set the world on fire!"
- St. Catherine of Siena
12- session study
In Evangelium Vitae (The Gospel of Life), Pope St. John Paul II shares that the Gospel of Life “is the proclamation that Jesus has a unique relationship with every person, which enables us to see in every human face the face of Christ. It is the call for a "sincere gift of self" as the fullest way to realize our freedom.
Our Unique Mission is our “sincere gift of self” in action.
Flowing from our “unique relationship” with Jesus and strengthened through prayer, virtue, and the Sacraments, our Unique Mission is the intentional aiming of our “sincere gift of self.”
When we are engaged in our Unique Mission, we are fully alive with Christ. We are working through Christ, with Christ, and in Christ. And Christ is at work in us! To be engaged in our Unique Mission is to embrace the fullness of the Gospel message, and therein find our greatest joy, peace, and fruitfulness.
Ignite is designed to help people discover, discern, and respond to their Unique Mission. This is done by helping them uncover and apply key points of awareness that aid in their prayerful discernment of their Unique Mission. Using these insights and a specific mission formula, participants create a personal mission statement. Then, they’ll explore practical steps to live their mission more intentionally.
At the end of Ignite, participants will have a clear mission statement, practical steps to live it out, and greater clarity and focus towards God’s will for their life.
The Mission Retreat puts the ideas of Ignite into a 5 session retreat.
There are two ways that people typically approach discovering God’s plan for their lives.
The first is, reactively—we give in to the impulses or distractions of the moment, and when things don’t turn out as we’d like, we are quick to pivot to the next thing. These people are often anxious, overwhelmed, and approach God’s plan as a puzzle to be solved or a download to receive.
The second is, reflectively—we create intentional space to consider how God is present and speaking in our circumstances, desires, passions, talents, and sufferings. We take time to speak and share with God. These people are patient, compassionate, joyful, and approach discerning God’s plan as a deepening lifelong relationship.
This Mission Retreat will help participants become one who reflects. Throughout this retreat, participants will prayerfully explore: the things they love, the ways they bring value to others, the talents God has given participants to steward, and how to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of their mission.
This can be the beginning, or perhaps the continuation, of their deepening walk with the Lord as they grow in clarity of His unique plan for their lives.
